United States- Iran relations get altered time by time, before the
Iranian revolution. Both states were very close to each other in Shah Pahlvi‘s
period of Government. When Pahlavi‘s Government was over thrown by new form of
Iranian Government (The Iranian revolution), the relations between these two
states went into collapses.
There are two blocks in the Middle-East; one is Pro-American and
the other is Pro-Russian. Thinking this, in the sense of cold war; America and
Russia both want to have a strong hold in middle east in order to acquire
future sureness of stable supply of crude oil from this region and to remain
politically dominated in their affairs to keep Muslim terrorist activities
created by these nations and thus to contain it.
During the President George Washington Bush administration, both
Iran and United States had no diplomatic relations. The republican were totally
anti-Iranian in consequences of strategic allies between Iranian and Russia
during that time. Russia supported the Iran and had provided military
facilities to Iranian Government. Before Iranian revolution, Iran started its
nuclear program by the assistance of United States and Germany in 1974, but
later on the Supreme leader Ayat ullah Kahamnai seized it. Such reasons created
whims and invidious plus magnified envy in United States to seize Iranian
nuclear program.
Background
Of Study
The Iran and United States both are the strongest states of their
regions. United States proclaimed it-self super power of the world and Iran is the
regional nuclear power. The Iran-United States relation is the main focusing
point for the world considering such circumstances. United States is one of the
strongest nations of the world, as we call the super power of the world. From
this idea of the super power, the behavior of the United States towards all
over the world is somewhat predictable. The United States officious with
matters of other states, for example in Middle Eastern countries like Iraq,
Egypt, Syria, and Libya. Certain areas the United States used its hard power
(brutality of its infantry) and in rare occasion applied soft power
(diplomacy).
When super power status is realized? When it is economically
stable, well developed, technologically advanced, has high market share in the
global and business world. that‘s the core fact of influence, while on other
hand, every state has some secret objectives, that‘s why
the United States want to find
out the weak points of other states due to the strongest detective artificial
intelligent system. United States is easy capable of pin-pointing weak spots or
laps in the countries and exploiting them, provides United States competitive
edge, strong hold on them and their politics which influence the whole state.
United States foreign policy‘s paramount objective is to make its security
strongest for the incoming threats from other states. lt can easily be proved
as United States allocates high proportion of budget on securities issues. Iran
and United States relations explicit strong enmity, it sometimes creates
perception as they are arch-enemies of each other. Iranian leaders are
deep-heartedly anti-Americans according to different political, religious,
psychological, socio-economic believes and norms.
The entire world has an interest in
preventing Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon, they thought that an Iranian
nuclear weapon could fall into the hands of a terrorist organization… when it
comes to preventing Iran from obtaining and nuclear weapon, I will take no
options off the table that includes all elements of military power.
